Who all has a nintendo wii and how do you like it? The entire time it has been out I have never even been interested in them until now. I bought a couple of them at walmart a little while back to resell them later on, but now that i have looked at all there features i am thinking that i might want to keep one for myself. Also, have much does it cost to purchase the retro games?

We have one and it's a lot of fun. I have 2 kids and they love it. Didn't think I would enjoy it much at first but I will have to say it's a lot of fun.

Its great, kinda boring by yourself though. I didn't keep mine long enough to get other games, sold it cause I didn't have the money to dump into the games.

I bought one a while back and my young daughter
loves it.  She plays baseball games, MarioKart, and
Monkeyball.  She is wanting Mario Baseball.

I like the system as well.  It is very family friendly
and I've found that people who absolutely hate
video games WANT to play this one.  My wife is
one of those.  She hates gaming...but she likes
    the Wii.

The Wii is like a magnet for kids anytime they are
at my house for birthday parties or the like.  They
all end up taking turns playing Monkeyball or MarioKart.
Or God forbid, a Hannah Montana game.

My & the hubby got one for Christmas last year - yes US, not our son...and we love it! We'll go in spurts where we don't play at all for awhile, then you can't drag us away. We've only got a few games (Wii Sports, Guitar Hero, Zelda & a football game) but they are so much fun when you've got friends over...very entertaining!

We have one for my son. I love playing it. we have all kinds of games for it. The best thing that I like is that you can download the older Nintendo games off the internet. I have downloaded Mario bros  and some others. My 3yrs loves Mario kart. she doesn't really know how to play but she still having fun doing donuts.LOL

Well looks like i will be keeping one then. I currently have a xbox and pretty much just play madden games on it so that will def be one of the games i get for the wii. I also love the old nes (have an old nes and lots of games but i hate messing with them) and snes games and the ability to download some of these games to the wii is what reeled me in.

Well if your lucky enough to find one in a store, it will cost $250 for the system with one controller and the wii sports disc. However, the two i found were the only two that i have seen in stores around here for a very long time. Used ones can be found on ebay for around $250-300 and the new ones on there can get close to $400 or more.
