Hey Kitty Kat guys... I'm going to be in the market soon for a SxS. I really like the 700xtx. Anyhow to get to the question I hear about a company in Lufkin called Steel Horses, are they a pretty good dealer? Do you guys know of any other good dealers in East Texas or Western Louisiana? Any help would be appreciated. I tried Gander Mountain but I have a problem talking to a 18 year old kid that knows nothing about the machines. Again thanks guys.

You will not find a better dealer then steel horses. The only place i would go for a cat. Not only do they have great customer service but they know just about anything ya need to know for a cat.

The customer service at steel horses is unmatched by any dealer I have ever dealt with. These guys know arctic cats inside and out. They are more than willing to take time to answer any questions you have.

service is great, they always keep tons of parts in stock that most dealers don't. Good guys to deal with. The only choice for anyone that can make the trip.

I have heard nothing but good from Steel Horses.  But Blast in Kilgore has taken such good care of me, I don't see me going anywhere else.  Plus, they are closer to me.  But like I said, I hear Steel Horses is great to.

I have delt with both and they have both been good to work with on my bikes.  I got the 366 from Blast and my 500m will only go to steel horse. Even if the warrant does run out in Feb of next year.  I think both will help you with fixing your bike ( EVEN IF WARRANTY WANT COVER IT AND YOU HAVE TO PAID FOR IT) or selling you a new one for a good price.  Just stay a way from Gander Mt in North TX.     I learned the hard way.

Thanks guys... Ya'll sold me on steel horses. I don't mind even paying more, I like great service and knowledge. I love the XTX Prowler, man that thing is sweet, in my opinion best SxS hands down. I saw the XTZ on there website...WOW...That's crazy. I think I'll stick with the XTX as I tend to drink a few when I ride then I drink a few more then a few more. I would seriously hurt myself on that Hoss of a machine. Do any of you guys know if they take trade in's? I have an 07 Brute Force I'm going to be parting with. I don't know if I should sell it out right or trade in.

* What do you guys think about this new mud ready bike Arctic Cat is putting out, I have to say Kitty Kat is on top of there game, Finally a manufacturer understands what we do with these machines.

You won't regret giving your business to Steel Horses.

Prowlers are definitely fun! The 700's have alot of power and fuel injection.

The new "MUD PRO" is going to be an awesome bike. Just needs a set of tires... imo

you cant beat the service after the sale.  They will take a trade on your arctic cat.  As far as another brand, I am not sure it just depends on what you got cuz the market for bikes is so bad right now just like everything else.
I'm about to by my new bike there as well.
