Everyone who has a Stealth Limited Edition post a pic and tell us a little about it.

Mine os an 07' 800 its seen everything from the wetlands of SE Texas to the Mojavi Desert to cold weather riding of Big Bear Mountain. Its now in back in Texas with my friend who is watching after it for me while I'm stationed out here in Twentynine Palms, CA. I recently bought the 6" "monkey" lift, installed a custom snorkel system and a 8 speaker system pushing 800 watts that runs off my Ipod. I was giong to buy 14" rims and 31" Laws but they like to break axles so I'm gunna stick to the 29.5's. All the pics I have of it are below. Lets see what everyone else has.

I think there is already a stealth Picture thread. I think I have seen it not too long ago and was many pages long.

Very familiar with the Big Bear area. My mom retired there and at first had a weekend cabin. Then she moved to the North shore. I used to drive my 4WD truck on all those trails. I even drove the first road ever built to Big Bear, in the snow! It's called Clark's grade and it's off HWY 33. It was built for horse and bugy in the late 1800's. Most of the 4WD trails are over the hill oposite the ski slopes in Holcome Valley. I would imagin that being in 29 Palms that you would come up the "back" side. Don't remember the HWY #. There is a real cool albeit tough trail from the deasert up to Big Bear called Hitching Post Grade, very steep, but real fun. It would be a blast on an ATV.

What is the difference between the black color and the stealth I keep seeing mentioned? Was the stealth only available in 2007?

thats cool, im from SE of Houston, im just stationed out here. so i brought my sportsman out here for the **** of it. everyone who saw it out here were shocked to see a 4 wheeler that big. they was called quad-zilla. it also kept up with all the sport quads i road with through the trails, and climbed dunes that most couldn't climb.

Stealth is the black, it is Stealth Black, that's just what Polaris named it. It is a matte finish. It's available on 08's and 09's also.

Mine peeled as well, started around the edge of the fenders. I've said before, the stealth paint is too soft and rubbery. The other colors are a different paint and alot harder and more durable. Being soft may help it resist scratches but it doesn't stick to the plastic underneath for crap. I think if they would have used a harder paint,at least along the edges of the fenders it would be alot better. I taped mine off and painted the fenders fromthe edge to the 1st bodyline all the way around with matte black rattle can paint, and never had another problem and it looked fine.

i never had had a problem with my paint pealing. the only reason why my paint is off in some spots is because it had a fight with really big rocks. the rocks won.
