I used 2" pipe couplings from Lowes on my 300 and I will NEVER do that again unless its on a pure mud quad.

The ride was unbearable with the spacers and bracket, so I remved the HL bracket and it still rode like complete crap.

Mabye a 1" or less would ride a little more tolerable.

I make custom delrin/nylon spacers if you are interested. PM me for details. a 1.25" spacer works great on an Eiger.

Im with Soletude...goto Lowes or Home Depot and get the pipe coupling.  U can even grab a can of spray paint and paint them if you want.  No sense in buying them.

You gotta buy the pipe couplers too right? They don't give them away at Lowes last time I checked. My spacers are designed specifically for the application. Either way, money is to be spent.

Yea but these are like $10-11 Bucks for all 4 of them and stuffing up the spring a ton. Really brings it up and cheap and easy and fast.

dont get so bent outve shape.  its ok your selling something that can be had for alot cheaper.  peeps out there appreciate what your doing, but they also appreciate the advice others offer that is alot cheaper.  I mean...sure if your bike is gonna be a show bike, you would want it designed specifically for your bike, but a shock spacer?  It aint nothing really special really, mine have held up over 2 1/2 yrs.

I'm nowhere near bent out of shape. All advice is appreciated. I'm just letting folks know that I am making them for folks who want them. And not a piece of pipe. No big deal, I'm selling sets every week so no skin off my back.
