Is there a spike load dampner in the tranny on these new XP's? If so, is it in both the 550 and 850?

The 550 and 850 trannies are the same. I had heard that they are using a torque limiter/dampner and I see a few of parts on the IPB that don't look familiar and could be some type of torque dampner, one part is a rubber coupler beteen the transmission and the crankshaft.
