Its great.  We had a lot of ran the last two weeks and hopefully we will get some more before the events.  There are plenty of trails for Sport Quads and "Soggy Bottom" holes for the big bikes.  There is enough different areas for everything.

Soggy Bottom is a great place to ride with a lot of different holes and trails.  Don't worry about finding some mud, there are some holes that the lifted bikes won't pull out of.  But there are a lot of areas where all the bikes can play in the mud.  We were just there saturday night for a little night ride.  We had a sport quad in the group that went around the whole park, just had to go around the large mud holes.

FYI, the atv mud bog is not set up like the typical race pits.  It is going to be more of a mud drag!  The pits are about 200ft long and will be filled with about a foot of water.  So it won't matter if you have snorkals, anyone will be able to race if they think they have a fast bike.  I am not sure how the classes will be set up.  I would say we will have 500 - down & 501 - up.  We will know more saturday morning when we see how many people sign up.

Soggy Bottom is still scheduled for the events on Saturday.  We are expecting some rain Friday-Sunday but the park will still be up and running.  Besides, the rain will just get the Wet T-shirt contest started early!!!

They have moved our Varsity football game to Thursday evening; so we are gonna try to be there between 1 and 4 on Friday. Here is a link to some pics from our trips there, have not had time to go through and edit out the BS, sorry.

Lokimack has some good pictures of the park but there is a lot more to it than the pictures show.  The water level won't be quite that high either...until the rain hits this weekend! lol.

The DEEP water pics are from the flood last year when half the park was under water. The river got out and you could not get back to the bridge without being washed away.

Soggy Bottom is still going to be open this weekend despite the weather.  Heck - the more rain the better.  Like Coker says, the wet T-shirt contest will just start early!!

Us guys up here at Gander Mountain in College Station are still planning on being there Saturday and doing the ATV races and helping with the truck events.  Only the live band will be rained out.  If you come you better bring some rain gear.

RIDE OR DIE !!! SCREW IKE!!!

I need some help from anyone in the Houston or Spring Area. I bought a Tamarac trunk for my daughter to use on the wifes 4wheeler from a HL member in  Spring, my brother-in-law has it but I need to get it to Soggy Bottom. I will make it worth your while if someone coming from down that way will bring it to us. If you can help a bro out give me a shout 512-658-5378.
