Well, I used 1.5 in blue spa flex hose on everything but where I came up through the rack, from that point I used 1.5in. pvc. I also wrapped the spa hose with insulation tape, then high temp duct tape to make sure it doesn't get any burn holes from heat sources.  I wanted to constuct the whole thing out of pvc, but there are just to many bends and its just to tight of a fit under my skins so thats why I went with spa hose. I actually have 4 snorkels, 1 for air intake, 1 for transmission intake, 1 for transmission exhaust, and the last snorkel I ran all of my breather tubes and carb lines too. most guys run all their breather tubes to the headlight pod which is fine, but I think it looked better having that 4th snorkel( instead of 2 on 1 side and 1 on the other). On the trans exhaust I used a rubber reducer coupling( 2in to 1.5in)the 2in side goes on the trans exhaust port, its a tight fit but it will fit. On the trans intake I used a 1.5in rubber 90* coupling(from home depot). The trans intake coupling is hard to get to. its in a tight spot, just make sure its tight and secure. you have to remove the air box to get to it. Where you route your spa hose through is up to you, you have a few options. I just tried to stay as far away from the heat sources as possible and routed it with the least amount of bends. Spend some time on that, you'll see what i mean. Now my air intake, i turned the black tube that enters the top of the air box 180* so it faces the back of the bike(made routing it easier). I cut the black tube that enter the air box about 3 in. just past where it enters the box and thats where I used a 1in. rubber coupling to make my conversion to the spa hose. Again how you tap into the air-box is up to you, you just don't have alot of clearance between the top of the airbox and the seat so keep that in mind. Thats why I used the stock snorkel cut it and turned it 180*, because it cleared easier then any other idea I could come up with. I also rtv'ed the crap out of the lid of my air box and where the tube at the top enters the air-box.(No leaks)
I have the storage box on the front of my Magnum and wanted to keep it functional so I came up through the fenders. it was a pain in the @ss but worth it. The hardest part of doing it this way is keeping the pvc secure and durable. Its definately not the easiest bike to snorkel, but again definately worth it. I'll stop here so I don't confuse you anymore.lol That should be enough to get you started or al least get an idea.
And don't forget to dielectric grease every single electrical connector on the bike and don't be bashful when doing the sparkplug.

BTW welcome to High Lifter, bunch of good guys round here!

alright thanks, well i dont have access to spa tubing so i believe that im going to fabricate the pvc, then run it into the full peace and run it along the frame and out in-front on the steering.

You can get the spa hose from home depot or Lowes. I think that if I would do mine all over I would go with bilge pump hose. Very durable and heat resisitant(better than the spa hose anyways). I would have liked to do all pvc but it was just to tight a fit on my bike, plus would have to many bends. plus I wanted it all tucked under the skins.

If I can help you in anyway just pm me.

Good luck man, let us know how it goes.

If i can figure out how to post pics, I'll snap some pics of mine and post them here.

If you can keep it water tight then that will be fine, otherwise replace it and be done with it.

Looks good! Silicone the conection from the carb to the airbox up. If its a leak in the tube where the carb attatches to the manifold I'd replace it. Its cheap.

So you have your trans exhaust snorkeled and the other one is the air box I take it?? What about the trans intake? I'd reccomend doing that also, or elase your going to suck water into your belt housing in deep water. The trans belt has to breathe!

Don't forget the carb lines, fuel tank, rear diff, and transmission gear box vent lines need to be re-routed up higher also.

ok i take that last comment back i took the trans. intake off and im gonna make another custom peace and hook it to the intake and the air box. and i already hooked the diff breather into the airbox.

gas tank? theres a vent for that?

Cab lines, where can i find them?

And theres a second intake for the transmission?

Yeah the fuel tank has a vent, its on top of the fuel tank. The carb lines are the 2 clear lines that come off the back of the carb and tee into 1.  The trans breather is a little clear line off the top of the trans gear box, not the belt housing.
I'm not sure running your trans belt intake into the airbox is a godd idea. The intake needs good clean air, and I'm not sure it will be efficient set up this way. Just make sure you don't get your belt too hot.
Also you may be compromising your air that the motor will recieve. But hey, ya never know it may work?? Let us know the results, I'm curious myself.

Also check your crankcase breather. it is already plumbed into the airbox from the factory, but if there is a rip in the line you will experience catastrophic engine failure if water gets in there. Also some of the polaris's have a "factory Slit" in this line that the factory put there to relieve excess oil pressure. Mine had it, and I replaced the entire line. ( its the 3/8 black vacumm line that runs from the top of the cylinder head to the front left of the air-box.

Your almost there! lol

OK that's a lot still, well none of the lines on my quad are clear so i'll have to do some fiddling around to see where the lines go. The airbox and trans intake are gonna be hooked up on the same snorkel. I'm using a T for this conection with PBC.

Your gonna have a hard time getting enough air for the motor and clutch if you run them in the same snorkel. You will end up starving your motor for air and will reduce air flow to the clutch, which in turn will allow it to get really hot, causing the belt to go bad quicker and will cause the clutch to crack, which willl eventually "blow up" due to the extreme heat. You might also end up melting you clutch cover.

The way these clutches are made they have to have plenty of air to stay cool, I have a 1.5" snorkel on my clutch intake and a 1.5" snorkel on my clutch exhaust and it still gets a little too warm, I really need to step up to atleast a 2" snorkel on both.

Run your air box snorkel up between the other two, it would work and look good still.

Also check for your vent lines on.

Trans
Rear brake Drum
Gas Tank
Carb.
Crankcase vents

And as mentioned earlier Di Electric grease the crap out of all your elec. connections especially in the spark plug boot.

ok well i looked over my quad and i think i can move my airbox back a little bit and i can maybe run it up the left side.

Brake velt lines are useless (i dont got no brakes)

But i forgot to look for those other lines so i need to remember to look for them tomorrow

You could do that, but if you do I would buy threaded brass pipe fittings, so you could screw them in the box seal them up and then just slip and clamp your hose to it.

OR

Most people just run them up to the handle bars.
