i just snorkeled my 06 650 v-twin, 2 inch pvc for everything. got everything back together and took it for a test ride. when i give it full throttle its has no power untill about 10 mph then its balls to the wall, i also noticed that if i come to a slow roll and give it full throttle i get full power, it only happens if i come to a stop. i was thinking about putting a Moose chip in and see if that helps. i cant think of anything that could be causing it, and im trying not to jet the bike.

if you snorkeled it you are going to have to rejett the carbs its that simple. youo are increasing the air flow and cooler air so its its going to need more fuel.

The v-twin is more sensitive to air flow than most motors.  If you snorkel, you have to rejet.  It isn't really hard.  I would get a dyno-jet kit.  Use the stock needles with two shims on each each needle.  Run the dyno-jet springs and I would start with a 122 front main, and a 124 rear main.  Mixture screw about two turns out.  Should be pretty close.
