I have an oppurtunity to put a Hot Seat Performance slip on on my 2007 Sportsman 500 efi only problem is it's for a 700. Is there any possibility of negative consequencves of doing this? Too little back pressure or anything like that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have an E-mail in to HSP just waiting (impatiently) for a reply.....I want this thing on my bike.....

If it will bolt up, you'll be fine. I don't think it will fit without modification, but I could be wrong.

im pretty sure all the new models will bolt up to each other...except the 08s...they changed the hook ups on them
