My buddy has a rincon 650, wants to put on my old set of 27x12 and 27x9.5 laws. What all is needed to fit???? (without a lift)

Nothing is needed to make them fit if he has aftermarket rims. With stock rims they back tires will grab the battery box. Mine did atleast but this was after I had a 2" lift put on. Should fit fine

No you shouldnt need to trim any plastic. Here is a pic of mine right after I got the lift and Gear reduction put on with 26x10s and 26x12s. Looking at this pic you may need a lift for 27s of trim some plastic.

The 27's will rub the front fender braces a little, and the rear will rub the battey box every once in a while. I just got a set for mine and am waiting on the wheels. They might even rub the mud guards on the rear fender, but that'll trim itself!

Does anybody else trim the little guard piece that hangs down in front of the floorboard? Its actually a piece of the front fender. Mine kept getting stuck on stuff so I cut them off. You can probably tell in the pic I posted where I trimmed the lip off the front and rear fenders. I also removed the inner fenders and it cleaned out much better

I trimmed mine off to where is was all even under there. Like you said all it did was get hung up on stuff.
