I'm looking for a solid plate to go where the big factory warning sticker is on the dash. Most people put there radio's in that spot. I'm looking for something like a diamond plate piece. I know I could probably just go to Lowes and buy a piece and cut it, but I figure for 20 bucks or so on Ebay someone has already done the leg work for me. Feeling kind of lazy.

I found a double cupholder that replaced mine. Works grteat!

I just got some Diamond Plate and cut out the size then cut 3 holes in it for TEMP/VOLT/OIL PRESSURE and then 3 switches under that. Looks good and Ill get pics tomorrow.

You hit the nail on the head, just check ebay. There's a guy that makes plates in brushed or diamond plate. I was like you, I just ordered one and it pops right on with rivets.
