I snork'd a rhino 660 for a guy. Came out looking awesome and very functional. Well not sure if it did this before but everytime it gets over the exhaust, it bogs down and looses all power and barely stays running. I die-electric'd the plug, vented all carb lines, cleaned spark arrestor out, it was already clean. Any ideas? What about the fan deal on the pass. side of the motor where the pull rope goes on a 660 ATV? What is the function of that thing? I know it throws water like crazy but it got me soaked the first time I dunk'ed it and the center console was left off, lol. So any ideas on this? BTW, the bike is 2: intake snork'd all the way out. so its def. getting enough air. Runs awesome on dry ground also.

Take the fan off it bogs tha motor down

It is designed to push heat away from engine/muffler.It trys to cool the rubber gromet that holds on the muffler also. Take it off, 08 dosent even have one.

Mine had the same problem my husband siliconed the coil and hasnt done it since. but I will take that fan off now that I know that there is no use for it.
