Hey guys. Ive got a 11.1 JE piston(102mm) Mudbuster cam and raptor valve springs setting in my house for my 660 rhino. I wanted to ask some of yall that have done the bigbore kits..Is it worth it?

I wanted alitttle more power. I was going to port/polish also

Is it worth the money to pay someone to do the swap for me? Do you get anymore power that you can tell just by driving it? Ive got 1800 miles on my 07 660 with no problems so far. But just wanted to ask before i done the swap? Dont have money to waste..lol

info please!!!!

You will notice nice difference, but I would do a lil checking @ concerning the rod, you should be ok as long as your running stock cdi.

I got twice the rear wheel power out of mine Nick. But I went up to a 686 kit. 20.6 to 43.25 rwhp

Even with an aftermarket rod you will need to run a programmable CDI box.  Most CDI boxes add too much timing with a high comp piston, and will cause detonation even on race fuel and will shear a stock rod.  Detonation is the number one killer of rhino engines.  If you're going to do it do it right and spend the money or you'll be tearing it apart again.

The power in these engines is hidden in the head.  The port and polish makes a huge difference.
