Ok so i found the wire for my reverse and splice into it with a ground wire like i was suppose to. But when i tried it out it didnt work...whats the problem?

Was your R light on? The light shouldn't work either with it grounded out. Maybe try a different spot to ground out to also.

The light wasnt on and its grounded at the battery?
