ORIGINAL: lovnmud looks good ,ive been debating for 4 months about doin mine go for it man, it's not much of a problem in crosby because it's mostly sand mixed in with the water. but the further north you go it's becomes that thick gumbo mud and it really likes to stay in the rad. i did the can-am for 30.00$ with alum. from lowes. yea ill end up doin it ,crosbys no problem there but i went to general sams 2 weeks ago, yep she started to over heat only once but it was jammed with some nasty mud, still the only thing that worries me is if i roll it one day, i havnt rolled it in almost 1 yr ,......well ive layed it on its side a few times guess what im gonna do is build a heavy duty roll cage around it . Go for it man, I rode it after I got home from work for 1 1/2 hrs or so and the fan came on once for about 10-15 sec, thats it! Mine has NEVER taken that long to turn the fan on or been on for that short a time, I seriously thought the new fan was broken cause it wouldn't come on for a long time, but the over temp light wasn't coming on either. I rode it as hard as I could through the woods around my house, just in case it was going to break I wouldn't have far to push it lol. I didn't have a problem at all, I am kicking myself in the A$$ BIG TIME for not doing it sooner. When I pulled the radiator out the outer 5-6 rows of fins were solid clogged with mud, but not anymore .
