Hey guys im in the middle of adjusting my valves, I need to know a couple of things. My feeler guages only go down to .008inch, I need to know which is intake and which is exhaust? I assume the valve closest to the to the exhuast head pipe coming out is the exhaust and the other is the intake correct? Aslo is it normal for the valves to be tighter than what there suppose to be, I can barely slide in the .008 guage into the exhaust and the intake appers to be very tight. The bike is a 2007 with 815miles and 132.2 Hrs

                                            Please HELP!!!

Intake is the one closer to the rear of the bike and exhaust is closer to the front. One is .009 and one is .006. I dont have my book in front of me. I wouldnt put the valve tighter than its suppose to be.

its better for your valves to be a little loose than too tight..
