the first 2 pics was how i bought the bike. it would flop arround and it drove me nuts. made me think i was driving junk...so i had to redo it.

i built it out of 1/4" solid steel rods. so its solid as a rock...and i also turned the fan around to the back it was on the front...now i have to order the protective scren for it.(the factory one)

im goign to build another one made from 1/4" bar stock. and give this one away to who ever is willing to pay shipping. im going to powder coat the new one green

I'll see if I can get you some pics of mine that I built... Did the base out of 1.5" angle iron with 1" by 1/4" thick steel flat bar for the supports. Has held up excellent and looks real clean IMO 

The best pic I can find right now without being home to take some...

I like the washers and hoses clamps lol thats redneck man but i'd say do a more rugid step up .

yeah, I agree with BK and 700blaze. On a scale from 1-10, 10 being best...

you went from like 4 to a 5. Deff go with the bar stock...you'll be around the 8-9 scale...
