My rzr won't run unless it has a full tank of gas. I took it in to the polaris dealership and they said everything checked out fine. Does anybody have any idea what might be causing this? I have submarine snorkels, does it sound like a snorkel problem?

did this start right after the snorkels????  when you ride it and it quits on you...  take the gas cap off and see if there is a vacum on the tank.  maybe just your vent line has a kink in it!

I thought I had the problem fixed and I rerouted the gas tank vent line, but now its acting up again. When I take the gas cap off there is a vacum. The gas tank vent line is tied into the rear diff vent line, should I just run the gas tank vent line up seperate? I don't understand what is going on because I can ride just fine up until two lights are gone and then it dies. I fill it back up and it runs fine. Any help would be great.

As far as the submarine snorkels go...they are great, nice clean fit.

As long as you can blow through your tank vent line and it is free flowing, you shouldnt be drawing a vacuum on the tank.  Maybe try blowing through it with an air hose, theres nothing there than can be hurt, put a little pressure to it with the gas cap off and watch your eyes, lol!  gotta be a clog in there somewhere if it is pulling a vacuum.

are you sure you have the correct vent. i don't see why it would be tied into the rear dif line. wouldn't that get gas in the rear dif if it ever went up the vent.

i think he was the one who actually run it in with the diff vent line.  I done something similar, all my vent lines come together, with the exception of the gas tank vent line..  instead of running them up with my snorkels, i tapped into the belt intake snorkel below the bed and put a barb fitting there to hook them all to.  kept it nice and clean, and effective.

Agreed, blow air through the vent line towards the tank. It sounds as if it is clogged up or pinched. The blockage my actually be in the tank portion.

Thanks for the help guys, I got it running. The clog was in the tank portion and not the vent line.
