can any of you tell me where are who is the best person or place to get a RZR snorkled. i here of some people that have had theres done and because the person had done some four wheelers but not a rzr so it was not done right not all places where sealed. Thanks

Bayou Snorkels did mine and did an outstanding job.  Very clean.  You can contact them thru their web site.

did they seal and snorkel everything or just connect PVC pipe have you tryed it out yet?

As far as I can see, yes all lines snorkeled.  I have not yet done a complete submersion test yet.  Gustov may change that!

I had the boys at CATVOS do mine on my RZR and it has DEFFENTLY been tested a few times.....(Knock on Wood)...And has never had even one drop get throught to anything......JM experience.....

I did mine myself and ur just wasting money if you pay someone. I've done many bikes and the RZR was by far the easiest ever. Plenty of room and easy connections. Just take the bed off get some 2" hose and 2" PVC or ABS and a few rubber couplings

teamcovert did you do anything to the air box lid or belt housing cover

I also did my own, One trip to lowes and a few hours, very easy to do. The only thing I did to my air box was put some grease all the way around the o-ring gasket and put the lid back on. Was worried about the belt housing but it was factory sealed without a problem.
I used the abs black pipe and some rubber clamp couplings to connect it to the cover and airbox with.

I just used a hole saw and PVC and made 3 snorkles. One for the intake one for trans intake and one for trans exhaust
