Forgive me for asking.  Know it's been asked a bunch.  I searched snorkels and couldn't find much.  I snorkeled everything but the secondaries.  While snorkeling I found 4 vent lines pushed up in the frame.  Two on the left side and two on the right side.  I haven't traced them down but I assume I need to snorkel the:

Front Diff
Rear Diff
Gas tank vent
tranny/crankcase

Are there others?  Seem to recall someone saying there are 5.  Also remember something about a slit in one that could leak.

Anyone ever thought of putting a bleeder on the airbox just in case you get water?  Also wondering if anyone has taken on much water in their RZR's and what all it took to get it re-started.

Thanks for all the help guys.

Its EFI, no carb.  There's 5 vent lines.  The other one is coming off the front diff located under the front fender.

Correct, there is one for the "throtle body" that has a check valve on the bottom of it, if you snorkel all of these there is six lime you will have done. The valve cover hose that goes to the air box does have a slit and needs to be replaced, like 3/8" I think.

No need for a duck bill b/c the box sits below the intake, and just another place for a leak, just use a thick grease to help seal the air box lid, no silicone.

If you drown, change your oil and filter each time time til you get clear oil and not the foamy white oil. U can use cheap oil. ofcourse drain and clean your intake and what not, also pull the plugs and turn over to get out any water and trash. Put a lil oil in each cylinder to keep from oxidation. You can also use seafoam to get moisture out of fuel and oil. When u get clear oil, get your engine hot to get rid of any moisture and one last change and put your good oil back in.

If it ever happens, if you drown don't crank or try to, pull it out and drain your air box, get a fresh filter unless you have a reusable (clean and dry). Pull your plugs and turn over to get out water. Then you can crank to limp you back so you can change oil if u don't have a tow. I'm sure others can be of more help or any tips or tricks.

To add to the replys so far:
Be sure and get both vents on the tranny. One is the transmission and one is the transfer case.  Dont forget to vent the gas tank. The stock line runs back under the the foot well.
Also save yourself some trouble and just run the front dif all the way to the back and add it into the rest. I tried to extend mine into the front storage area with a banjo type fitting. It leaked and these difs will not work right if the fluid is contminated.
