That helps alot guys.  Mine has cracked the plastic in the bend of the floorboard.  Didn't realize it rubbed it that hard.

I'ma gunna take a heat gun to mine and see if I can remold the plastics a good bit.... if not I'll just cut em and do like dirty foreman

I don't have any clearance issues with my 28s... but the 31s are a good bit from clearing.

lets bring this back to the top.. dirtyforman, what material did you use, is that a sheet metal or a plastic?  i was thiking about trying to find a piece of UHMW or something and cut out and rivet a piece in..  i thought about the heating it up method, but i didnt have much luck with my first try and i cant think of a way to push it out and still look decent.

either way i gotta do something, these 31s arent fitting too great!

The material I used was from a black plastic 55 gallon drum.

What is needed more than the floorboards is control arms re-made and pushed forward 2" like the Rangers have. This would give everyone the needed clearance. I looked at mine and their is nothing in the way to prevent this. Kleinwild posted about them a while back and then the thread faded away. I will try and find it to bring it back to the top.

Nice mod... Muddin800RZR how's it working out for you with that clutch spacer removed?  Did it only improve top speed or did it change the clutch engagement up some?  Also, how you like that DDP clutch kit?

The spacer removed just gave me more top end.  It ran 68 with the stock tires going down hill by the speedo.  Since I got the DDP clutch kit I gained low end back can get on the rev limiter with the 30's.  My GPS says 66 mph going down the same hill with the big tires.  I really recommend the DDP, told them what I had and it was tuned perfect. Got new helix, adjustable weights, and primary spring.  It stalls to about 2000 before the clutch engages.
