Have to look close.  Mine are at the bottom of the light bar.  The snorkel on the driver side went under in this hole right after the pic was taken.  Ran on one snorkel long enough to get out

here's my Big Bear 400 with a 7 foot 2 inch snorkel I threw on for dare on a pond crossing. Unfortunately, the video didn't turn out good. We used my digital camera and you couldn't zoom in after you started recording. I will say that I made it to the other side and back and I used all but the last 45 fitting on the top of the snorkel! There was a period of about 10-15 seconds where i had to hold my breath while standing on the floorboards and holding the handle bars. On the trip back across the pond, my bike went dead about 4 times due to a little bit of water making it past the carb drain line. I was amazed that it started up everytime with the exhaust under about 3 + feet of water! It eventually got enough water in the carb that I had to be pulled back to the truck. I drained the carb, and pulled the spark plug to flush out any water. Then fired it up and took it home! My buddy (1BadRincon) waded in and swam beside me while I was driving! Good times!!

Too bad there's just a good story and not a good video.  I even spray painted a different color marking each ft. so it would be easier to see how deep I was going on the vid!!

A.) That ole Big Bear was nothing more than my "beater bike." I didn't owe a dime on it and I got it to ride hard and keep the rough trail miles off my good bikes. In fact, I sold it 3 weeks later still running for $700 minus the wheels, wheel spacers, tires and HMF.
B.) She had started to smoke and the top end was on it's last leg, so I wasn't concerned a whole lot.
C.) What's the worst that could happen?

That had to be the best thing I have watched in a long time, that show is awesome. I think their episode of "Growing your own petrol" is hilarious.

I just got my Grizz back today so I am going to snorkel it next week, probably just 1' or so above the bars...
