I really do not understand why the chat doesn`t work... some people claim they can get in... and i can`t it makes me sorta mad.. Cause i feel like i have done everything i can... I tried Opera Firefox and IE explore

Cookies stored..

says invalid username or password....

frusterated!!!!!

anyone have ideas????

on the top of the main page of the forum, it says 'Delete All Cookies', click on it and then try to get in the chat

its above the first forum, not exactly all the way at the top

Tried that in IE an also opera! Even downloaded adobe flash... no luck...

still the same message... Once it said you cannot access from this website...

The invalid username issue is 9 times out of 10 a cookie problem. In IE, click on Tools/Delete Browsing History and ensure you cookies and cache set to be cleared. Anything else is optional. After you have cleared ALL of your cookies and cache, try it again.

If you are getting the "X" in the Java panel, you will have to reload Java.
