If you mudders aren't busy on this weekend check this out.

Alabama Quad 100

On September 26 & 27th Marbury Dirttrack (www.marburydirttrack.com) will hold the 1st annual Alabama Quad 100 for the following 3 classes.

Knobby Class- 30 laps, $25.00 race fee, 100% payback + trophy.

450 Production Class- 30 laps, $25.00 race fee, 100% payback + trophy.

Open Quad Class- 40 laps, $35.00 race fee, 100% payback + trophy.

Laps seem like a lot but you can run a lap in 11 seconds.

Practice Friday, qualifying Saturday, & race Saturday Night. All quads will qualify for pole award.

Practice fee is $10.00 per quad. Spectators on Friday are free.

Saturday admission for all is adults $12.00, 6-14 $10.00, 5 & under are free.
Racers must pay admission fee also.

All racing protective equipment is required, just use good judgement.

There will be cautions for race mishaps on the track, not off. You spin out you go to the rear. You go off the track no caution just blend back in on the racing surface. If you gat caught up in someone else's spin you get your spot back. Rough racing will not be tolerated, 1 incident you're gone!!!!!

Double file restarts except for the leader, leader fires first.

Just got off the phone with Jeff @ Marbury Dirttrack and got some details sorted out.

$500.00 guaranteed for Open quad class as of right now, still working on getting more $$$$. 40 laps

450 production class is $200.00 to win guaranteed. 30 laps

Knobby class is $150.00 to win guaranteed. 30 laps

Only these 3 classes for quads will get payout.

Other quad classes include:

450 amateur
30+
40+
Intermediate
Ladies
Peewee
----------------------------------------------------------------

Motorcycle classes

Open pro - 100% payback

Open Amateur
Vintage
30+
40+
Beginner
Peewee

so, do you have to have a sportbike to run? b/c not alot of us do. But if you tell me I can run my bf750 then I might be interested.

thats cool... can you tell me more about the knobby class? i.e. restrictions on anything like tires etc..?

Only requirement is visible #'s on the right side of the quad and knobby tires.

Admission fees for the gate have changed. 6 & under free and others are $25.00.
