I just got a 2009 Polaris Sportsman 800, i have 29.5 laws that i am going to put on. Will these tires fit with just hl lift springs, or with a 2 in hl lift and hl lift springs? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I doubt you got an 09 they are not available yet and the 09's are 850's not 800's.

have you been on the polaris website?
they still have the 800 in 09 it has the same body style as previous years, and the dealerships will probably get them before the 850's

I did get a 2009 800. Polaris came out with an 09 800 which is the same as the 08 and they came out with the 90 850.

Yep, I think dealers are already getting some 09's. I saw an 09 Ranger out on the trails at Mud Creek this weekend.

they do still have the 800 sportsman in 2009 they just kinda plained them down a bit. no more painted plastic and no more aluminum rims. as far as the 2009 models being out yet yes they are in the regular sportsman line up we probably have 10 of them at my dealership right now

you'll need either aftermarket wheels or 1.5 inch spacers i'd recommend just putting the 2 inch lift on the front.  and for the rear put on the hd springs with no lift.
