Please allow me to address the issue of being put on hold when you call High Lifter. We understand you don't like it and guess what, we don't like for you to be hanging out there on hold. You can't buy anything and we can't sell anything. All you need do is the following to avoid being put on hold: If you talk to the operator ask for the salesman you want to talk with or ask for the sales dept. salesmen listing and she will trasfer you to that option. Also you may go to option # 2 and your choose your salesman if you get our automated system. In either case your salesperson will answer the phone if they are available, or if they are busy or away from their desk, you will get their answering machine and then you can leave your name and number so they can call you back. This way you can avoid being on hold and the responsbility falls on our shoulders to call you back ASAP. I hope this helps you to have a positive and quicker buying experience when you call High Lifter. As a last thought, if the operator or the automated system says your salesman is talking on the phone and you choose to wait ever how long they talk instead of leaving a message, you may do so. The salesman knows you are waiting but the call he is on still may take time to complete. That way you have a choise, wait or leave a message.

Dan you are usually the one I talk to when I order parts from HL. I always have to leave a message, but you have always called me back in a timely manner. Thanks.

I believe I've talked to Trey both times.  I was on hold only for a few minutes then talked to him.  No issues with me.  Good work

Yes, it was according to some people. Therefore I have asked our operators to modify what they say to our customers, plus how our salespeople handle more than one call at a time. As always, we listen to complaints and try to become a better company for the benefit of the people who allow us to continue to grow...........our customers.

I had no problem ordering anything, but got put on hold one day for over 30 minutes when I called to check on shipping. Called back the next day and was taken care of. But will admitt I was furious being on hold so long. It was close to quiting time and I think they just forgot I was there. When I finally hung up and called back there was no answer.

I don't like being put on hold.  I just drive over, it takes about 20 minutes.  Plus I get to look at all the cool stuff in the showroom.

Yeah yeah yeah Mudchick & sportHO....rub it in.

But I don't have one complaint about HL's support via the ole land line. When I don't need an answer right away there's always email which is prompt also.

I have had problems getting hold of bryan foster! He's the only guy you can talk to, to schedule an appointment,I tried a couple of years ago when I was rigging out my kq, left him about 2 messages a week for about a month or longer and he never called me back, nor did I ever talk to him! I got aggravated asked another sales man what the problem was and he said "he's probaly just busy"!!! A few months ago I called to schedule a dyno run for my brute and I got transfered to bryan foster again, I was like OH NO!! Of course I did'nt get him,so I left a message, He called me back, but it was a week later! I just decided to forget the whole idea! again! No hard feelings though! I may give it another try some day!

I have had a few instances where I had a beef but after addressing it have had no more issues. Dave Kindred takes care of me and has even talked with me long after closing time. Occasionaly he calls me to see how things are running and if there are any probs. If Dave can't give me an answer he gets me one(usually from Dan) lol. I think Dave really does care and I always show him my loyalty. Keep up the great work and Dave for "employee of the month"!

I got no beef with High Lifter,,,,, none what so ever.
I had a problem with a disk brake kit due to my own fault and called HL looking for help. Even tho I had bought the kit from another distributor, the HL staff immediately came to my rescue,,,,, I had snapped off a couple of the studs and was at a complete stop with the installation. Wthin 2 days I had a package delivered to my front door. You just can't beat that,,,,

Thanks High Lifter,,,,

only issue ive had with HL was with a dealer that deals through them, i called my dealer about some parts for a big bear, whoever his dealer at HL was said there are no parts out for my new big bear becuz its too new then he was asked if the older power up kit would work on the newer models and he jumped quickly and said no its all different

i did some research in about 10 minutes about dynojet to see if they had a kit for my year as well as a filter from K&N and then also hmf and supertrapp,   all of these which had a product in some fashion for my new big bear, i called my dealer back and he personally called scott and got it all figured out and whatnot, but yet HL still does not carry any of the parts for the bike

also dan i know you probably dont have anything to do with this but maybe you could run it by the upper tiers of people there
i have an issue, HL makes a lift kit for the new big bears, 07 and 08 that are IRS bikes, in that kit HL throws in some heavy duty tie rods..........my question is why does HL not sale just the tie rods seperately?  i know of alot of people that are having to elaborate on bending and fabbing up new tie rods or going super duper aftermarket, i would have gone with HL's tie rods if i woulda been given the chance too but i am not going to go out and buy a lift kit just in order to get the tie rods...i already have a custom lift and dont need two lifts
maybe you could get that answered for me dan if u get a chance

good work HL on everything
