Ok over the next couple days Im going to be doing a way better way more detailed how to snorkle a KING QUAD top to bottom including Vent Lines, things to seal, grease, and snorkle. Just wanted yall to know its coming slowly and surely but Ill be posting it bit by bit cause I don want to type it all up and something happens. But I start college tomorrow so time is cut a little. Just bare with me. Itll pay off. Also if anyone has a Vinson, or Eiger they want snorkled, Ill do it for a good price so I can get a write up on how to. Thanks.

Sup fellas? I'm new to this forum deal, but I wanted to let you know Solitude that I went to Lowe's today and got all the stuff for my air box to be snorked, and I'm letting the liquid plastic stuff(cool stuff but hard to clean off your hands, geez) dry over night before I put everything back together. I went with 2" all the way, as opposed to my 1 1/2" belt snorks, since I'll be adding the pipe(not sure which one yet, leaning toward HMF Swamp), M109R Inj, and Cooperhead VDI eventually. I could not have done it without your write-ups and pic's. Thanks man. I'll be looking for the vent lines and things to seal.

4man0822 - Thanks man, Ill let you know.

MuddyBart - Im glad it helped you out and you went with the plastic dip stuff. Its some pretty crazy stuff huh? And yes its a pain IN THE BUTT to get off. If you do it again, put it on with a stick or paint brush then when you smooth it out just spit on your finger and keep it wet and the dip wont stick to it and make the outcome really smooth.

Did you find a way to stop your rear diff from leaking too?
My rear leaks all the time. I'm wondering if our cups are cut a little to deep for the stock seal????
Maybe its leaking on the primary shaft coming into the diff.

On mine I have the gas tank vent snorkelled, the front and rear diffs and the overflow bottle. So there are four extended vents on mine besides the three snorkels.

hope this helps
Mark

2 Questions King_Quadder. Why is your override button red? And Why did you take off your bellows on your diffs?

My override button was switched to a button that is not a momentary switch to a push and click. I put it on way before there was an override for the diflock available. That way i could push the button in and the difflock would stay in override. I was redoing the snorkels on the gas tank vent and while I was back there decided to redo all the vents and run them up to the front. No other reason, just thought it would be good insurance if i ever did get water in the front or rear diffs I would see the vapor bubbles on the clear tube.

I drilled and tapped into my cvt snorkels and 90* elbowed out to the gas and rear diff vent.....If I ever got water this high in the cvt snorkels.....I would have bigger problems than draining fuel and diff oil!!!!
