We will be able to start shipping the new integral BF radiator within a few days. This product is the same successful, proven system we have sold for several years for the Grizzly. It will install in the same location as the factory radiator. Now you have two choices, factory or front rack mounted.

There is a significant difference between our radiator and a OEM radiator. Ours flows the coolant fluid three times before leaving the core to return to the engine as compared to one time for the OE version. This feature causes the most overall heat reduction. Also, the different fin design, along with an improved shroud allows for superior air flow and the heavy duty stronger fan moves more cool air than a factory fan. These are the combined improvements that make this complete system function and cool way better than than a stock OE radiator.

Does it shed mud any better than the stock one or will it clog up just as fast?

thats wat i was wanting to know. also does it use all the same mountings as the stock or will you have to fabricate things such as hoses and bolts.

It doesn't clog as easy and cleans out better. All the items you need to install it are found in our complete kit. Nothing to fabricate. You can go on the HL Yamaha Forum and find dozens of postive reports on this product. Our radiator is absolutely worth every penny if you have an over heating problem.

Shock69, it has a bigger, much stronger fan. I had a customer tell me it sounded like a 747 taking off when his came on compared to his stock fan.  lol

YEAH IT IS MUCH BETTER!IMO

DAN I BELIEVE IT WAS ME THAT TOLD YOU THE FAN SOUNDED LIKE A 747!

THIS RADIATOR IS WORTH THE MONEY.  I HAVE THE UNIVERSAL THAT IS MOUNTED ON THE RACK BUT IT IS THE SAME ONE GOING IN THE STOCK PLACE SO I CAN VOUCH FOR THE PERFOMANCE.

GOOD JOB HIGHLIFTER FOR FABRICATING YET ANOTHER NEEDED ACCESSORY FOR OUR TYPE OF RIDING.

Am I correct that this is a NEW rad ,  specific for the BF750  or are you speaking of the "universal" unit shown on the HL web currently?

We are now just a couple of days or so from starting to ship the new internal BF750 specific radiator. We have a number already on B/O that will ship first. If you want this product early on, please give us a call.

Dan do you know if this rad. will fit the older prairie's?  or would i have to make some brackets too make it work?

It's great that you made a new rad. for the brute's but what about us prairie guys that need one and don't want to relocate to the rack?

Thanks Dan - I'd like to see it on the web site, I like to window shop and read up on it a bit (virtual windo shopping!) before I buy. Unlike RuttRatt I'm interested in relocating to the rack, is there going to be a specific kit for the Brute to do that? And pricing??

Thanks

Ruttratt, we have not had a chance to see if the BF radiator would fit down inside a Prairie. Hopefully we can find out before to long.  CantBruteEnough, the current rack mount system will go on your BF no sweat. I'll check to see about a Tempgauge/Radiator package. Give me a call when you're ready to order.

Purchased mine last week.  Installed it over the weekend.  THIS RADIATOR KICKS A$$$.  The new fan sounds awesome!  I run 27's  and it was about 70 degrees yesterday.  I rode about 14 miles of muddy conditions and it was flawless.  I could hardly get the fan to turn on!!  The OEM had to work its butt off to keep things cool.  This is definately a worthy upgrade for anyone who runs oversize tires and stays in muddy conditions.  I highly reccommend it!  NICE HIGHLIFTER!!!
