Xpedition 425 put new shift forks in put it back together gear shift leaver sticks up and down first and second work but third dont will I need to brake it back down

It seems that you have something put back together wrong, and the only way to fix it is to tear it back down. Maybe you have something torqued to tightly, or something else.
Either way, that shifter ain't gonna loosen itself up. And 3rd gear ain't gonna start working on its own. You have to tear it back down and repair itself.
