My 08' 800 Sportsman is snorkled to the pod but it kept getting water in the belt drive. So I filled up the belt case with water and noticed a leak somewhere in the back of the housing by the tranny, but I can not pin point it. Does anyone have an idea of what may need to be sealed, how to do it, and how to get to it? Many thanks for the help.....

make a full rubber gasket!!! or if its the hose you need to make a connecter

you have to pull the back half of the belt housing off and silicone the gasket on the backside. that is where it is leaking.

Yup exactly....I have pics of it saved to my computer if you need to see.....You will need a clutch puller and some silicone
