My bike was n the back of my truck for like a week... When i went to unload it there was no oil n the bed of the truck... Its been sitting n the garage since then and now theres oil on the concrete... It looks like its comin from the front diff, where the u-joint goes into the diff... the thing is the seals r all new.. so the ? is could i have done something r is it the seal leakn

sound like a leaking shaft seal to me.

Mud and sand harden around the seals when you let it sit dirty. Then when you move it scores the shaft and the seal causing it to leak.
I always wash the seal areas on my bike even if I don't have time to wash it all.

Fortunately the seal is a pretty straight forward job on the Arctic Cats.

Check for slack in that bearing also. I had that problem once.
