What would it take to sling 27 9 12 27 12 12 i already got a pipe and uni filter

I say get the PCIII and give it a try...them some heavy tires but ive seen a bike with a pipe, filter and PCIII turn 27 outlaws skinnies...and those bite harder than the mudzilla
