OK Kawi guys I need some help.  Friend of mine just bought a brute 750 and he’s not  sure which one to get. Which one would be a better purchase the Moose module or the Dyna CDI?  Does one of the two do anything different than the other?

It is stock now but here are the future plans for it performance wise

UNI
HMF utility

MIMB Snorkels

moose module is only for off idle timing retard, the dyna CDI changes the whole IGN curve and adds 1K more rpms on the topend, removes the revers over ride button, full power backing-up.

the moose module doesnt change anything over 3200 rpms, it runs like stock. just removes the low rpm timing retard for max power off the line, since kawie detuned the motor on the low rpms because of the amount of juice it has.  if your friend isnt all about all out topend power the module is great or if he is into max power and adding performance mods, the dyna CDI is the way to go.

the moose module with the 6 deg key is good also, I had it done to mine also, but its more work then pluging a CDI unit in place. and you dont need to wrench and replace gaskets and seals. the new adjustable unit, you can add up to 6 deg advance with no damage. also if you have problems and need to go back to stock its easy unplug and put the oem unit back on.

I say DYNA,

Is the new adjustable unit for the 08's just wondering havent seen one for the 05-07's.. what year is this bike too... id just say my response because 6* plus moose is the farthest you can advance your timing with causing it to "retard" this is if your looking for the most performance.. if your just looking for most performance with a plug and play only... dyna for sure... offers more than moose and cheaper than the vdi...
