can you still run the stock piston in an 07 rhino if you install the mudbuster cam???

yes but you won't see much benefit from it without a good piston.

what piston and ratio is a good one to get if I am looking for low end, and by changing the piston, do you have to run race fuel or high octane

Wiseco and JE make good high compression pistons.  Just make sure you keep the ratio under 12:1 if you want to run pump gas.

so if I change out to the mudbuster cam and   wiesco piston will the stock carb still work, I know that I will need to rejet but the carb it'self will it still work???

Not true I put the mudbuster cam in mine without changing the piston and noticed a definite difference in mid range power and torque.
