ROKNOUT Hey man, I took some Ultra Black & ran a good bead around the gasket, put in on the cover & ran another bead on the inside part, then installed. Be really careful not to wipe it all off while matching up to the bike! The Ultra Black, even when dry does not get hard enough to spread/cause a gap in the cover. Let it set, then you can get a lil mirror to look under the cover to see if it has a good seal/needs to be touched up. I had a similar issue with my 750, just once!! Hopefully this helps, if not, maybe try to find another cover! 1 last idea, make sure the cvt plug is getting a really good seal! Later Brandon
