it runs fine, idles, but wont go anywhere, it will riv up and want to go but it wont, how do i adjust the clutch or does it need a new one

is it a automatic or do you have to change gears with you foot?

sounds like the clutch to me. My son has a kazuma 90 and it pops the chain off sometimes when i get on it. I weigh 250 lbs and that thing will tote the tires as far as you want it.

Is it semi auto or does it have a manual clutch? If it is semi auto I would have to think clutch. No rattling or any other out of the ordinary noises?

i think all Kazuma's that are foot shift are semi-automatic

The clutches are gone good luck finding them. Sold my son's parts were hard to find.

Not sure which you need:

Kazuma mini falcon 90 clutch kit: here
kazuma falcon 110 parts: here (didn't know exactly what you needed but they seem to have it all)

My son has a Kazuma 90 and I was toying with the idea of putting larger tires on it... what size are you planning on going to? Do you think it will be able to turn them ok?

The tire size is wide open as long as you dont mind buying custom sprockets and custom suspension. Look at Highlifters 90 with 31 inch outlaws.
