HEY GUYS, I need some advise on a kfx700.  I am a new salesman for a kawasaki dealership and I have been really thinking about the kfx700. I think it might be a great mud ridding machine. I'd like to put a bigger tire on it and give it ****. does anyone here have one or know anyone that has one that could give me some advise. Thanks guys.

Agreeed..  I do like the 05' Twin Peaks 700.  They are a good strong bike, but if you are wanting to put big tires on it you need to get a independent bike.  The 650 and 700 straight axle bikes can only hold the 28" tires unless you cut the floor boards and you can go to the 29.5's.

Yea, I've had the big 4x4's before. I had the Rincon and it went to crap really quick. I've been ridding on a 400 bigbear 2wd lately and have really had a good time on it. Wheelies are easy, and its really lite if it does get stuck. as far as tires, I would only go with a 26" or 27" maybe. I've been on youtube tonight and its looking like a good bike.
don't get me wrong I love the 750 brute 4x4, I just kinda like to try something diff. if ya know what I mean.

The KFX wasn't built for the mud...not much ground clearance at all and of course 2wd.   I can see it getting stuck really quickly in the mud with 2wd and ~5 inches of ground clearance. the renagade is something different with 4wd.

LOL yea I noticed that. We've been kickin that name around for awhile. Our lil club uses the name Mudjunkies mostly. Check out our site sumtime guys. www.mudjunkies.net. We have a good time in our forums.

Bout the 5" clearence, I know it wont be much but a bigger tire might give it a lil more to go on. I don't know, just thankin bout sumthang differed. That renegade would be nice but Holy @#%# that thang is high$$$

are you talking about the vforce(kfx 700) or the kvf 700 prairie(which would be leftover models now..)
the vforce as it was called at one time.. would not be a good mud machine.. you could definitely put the power to them though... you really need to come over and check out kawieriders though.. tons of info for sure..
