The alcohol deal is a result of a parish ordinance that basically provides that a business that does not have a liquor license cannot permit consumtion of alcohol on the premises under penalty of law to the owner/operator. Since we never intended to sell alcohol we don't have a liquor license. The reason the deer camps down the road don't have to abide by this is that they aren't a business. As to what is too loud, that's unspecified in the law. It would be nice if we could say 110 DBs at 50 yards or something objective like that but we are going to proceed being reasonable as long as there is some type muffler and not just a straight pipe.
