has anyone been out there lately? i was told its ok to ride as long as you stay off the Powerlines? is this true? i would really like to go back there and ride. its an awesome place. Just dont wanna do anything too illeagal.lol

I think it's kind of a ride at your own risk situation. I know though, that the FHP, Fish and Game, EPA, and Escambia County Sherriff will get you if they see you. You pretty much need to know somebody that has property that backs up to the swamp to ride. Otherwise you're risking your truck and quad being impounded as well as some hefty fines, and maybe even some jail time.

yea i know someone that has Property. i got some buddies that have been ridin out there in thier trucks(44's) and have seen cops going in and coming out... and they have not had any problems... they have been doing it for about a month now. they want me to come ride with them , just dont wanna risk loosing my Quad...

JJ we were there a year ago when they were shutting Jone's down. And the conservation officer was very serious about impounding vehicles and passing out tickets. I would not risk it.
