I have an 2004 Grizzly with a HMF Penland exhaust on my bike. I want to Put back on the stock exhaust would I have to rejet the bike back for the stock exhaust or would the jetting be fine with the stock pipe?

Yes, you should put the jetting back to stock with the stock pipe.  You should be able to get the jetting specs from your dealer, which 'should' be very close to where you'll need to be.  Is the air filter still stock?

The bike is already a little too rich. would it fowl the plug right away? or would black smoke come out for a bit?

It probably wouldn't take it long to foul if you're already rich.

I might just put the pipe on and see what happens. Maybe I'll get lucky
