I been thinking about the same thing. Post a pic of your bike. I can fab my own bracket up and do mine, just been trying to get my motor right. Now is the time for me to do it tho. I was thinking about putting engine ice in mine also.

Engine ice is some very good stuff, but, I found some that I find works better IMO. Purple Ice by Royal Purple. I have it in mine and it really helps out. Especially how hot it is down here in south Louisiana

Just make a split pipe system. That's what I did when I moved the radiator up on my Rincon.

I tried relocatin mine about a week ago. Had all the materials and what not, and got to the point of taking the rad out. I had to stop right there, cause there were a whole buncha wires there behind my rad. Im hoping to try it again soon; but Im waitin on this one fella (BLACKRANCHER) to make a thread with a detailed process of how to relocate the rad on a 420.

The hardest part of the whole process is taking the radiator out cause its a tight space. You can remove the triangle piece and run your wires and hoes through there

badda12 - there were more than one connection behind the rad, and it seemed that the fan connections couldnt come off. Mine were screwed to the fan somehow and I couldnt get a small enough screw driver in there to take the screws out.

Countrywelder - yeah thats what I was plannin to do, remove the triangle piece, and runnin all my hoses and wires through there.

I plan on doing mine as well. Nothing sucks worse than having your radiator get caked up with mud then having to clean it off real good(pita), plus it does make cleaning it so much easier.
