My 450 idles just fine in gear but its really high in Neutral. What could it be , turn the idle down?

if u let off the brake does it go by itself?
if so the idle is too high

it runs normal when its in gear, no matter with the brake on or off

Turn the idle down a little, unless you plan on submarining, it helps keep water from coming back into the exhaust when you come off the throttle.
