How do you reset the "Maint Soon" warning that pops up on the display?  Any ideas would help.....

The only way is to take it to the dealer and have them clear it off

OK thanks.  My buddy is wondering what happens if you dont clear it right away?  Planning a trip and he doesn't want to sit by the campfire all weekend.....

Your buddy's bike will be fine.  The maintenance soon message is based on hour or mileage settings.  Just make sure he's doing the routine maintenance and he'll be alright.  If he hasn't already; front and rear diffs, engine oil, and tranny should probably be changed.

Thanks everyone.  He's worried being stuck in the "Limp Home" mode.  He'll eventually take it in to the dealer but not until after this next trip.  Thanks.
