Cracked the housing on my rear end on an '07 Vinny a few months ago.  I JB welded the crack for the time being to help keep it from running anymore.  We all know the time for serious riding will soon be approaching again and I  need to put a new housing on the beast before then, so as not to get left high and dry on a good ride.  Anyone else had the joy of changing out the housing?  Just wondering how much of pain in the butt i'm bout to be gettin into.

If your talkin the rear diff it isn't that hard at all. Really isn't much in the way of small parts to be concerned with mostly bearings and seals.

Check Ebay for a complete or partial part.  I find and sell alot of parts on there.

The housing is only like 70 bucks, so I'm not worried about the cost, it's just actually changing it out that i'm curious about.  I checked out the diagram for it and it has alot of parts and gears on the inside and i was just wondering if it's as bad as it looks like it might be or just looks worse on paper than it is.
