If it's the standard, **ll no! If it's the XT or max, hmm maybe but still sounds too steep considering it's an 08 and prices for 08's should be down (for these two, an 09 sounds more right with that price). If it's the max LTD, great deal.

Too steep in my opinion. I think with the clearance prices of an 08 and with those features, it's about 1K too steep.

Assuming that is OTD Pricing.  I agree with Kratos, however believe they are 2K too high.  I say this making the assumption that the tires and rims are 650.00.  I may be off a little.  Not sure what the economy is like in your neck of the woods.  In Michigan it is terrible.  That said dealers are giving 08's away.  So much so that Bombardier has changed the cost structure on some units (ie an additional 10-20% off of dealer cost) in an attempt to entice dealers to floorplan more units.  Long winded response, net net....they are asking too much.  If it were me I would do the following:

1.  Shop Hard for the unit you want.
2.  Buy your tires /Rims from DICKS ATV (best price and  customer service..ask around)
3.  Snorkel the bike yourself
4.  Get your pipe off of Ebay.  I picked up an HMF Utility (new) for 169 delivered.  I had to shop a bit, but deals are out there.

Happy Hunting
