Snorkel video coming soon!!

I also sound extremly stupid in this one. I need to pay an actor to do my lines.

Also refer to your owners manual for torque specs and proper procedures. I do not claim to do these procedures right. Also remember lefty loosey/Righty Tighty

I have a question what would happen if you forgot to put the 2 small springs back in behind the one way bearing? I sealed my box about 6 months ago and swear I cant remember putting those springs back in. The bike runs great and I have put a couple hundred miles on it since but I don't want to take a chance on locking something up on the trail. Can the bike run without these or am I just not remembering putting them back? HELP HELP!!!

Great work John, It gives a guy a nice reference that isn't very mechanically inclined.

I found one of the bolts. I just need to find the bolt that does the primary online, because, my dealer is 45 minutes away.

The bolt for the belt came from EPI. The puller came from my dealer

Great video..

Dumb Question... When applying the RTV are you careful that none of it touches the shafts? I have heard of people using alot of rtv to seal and was curious after seeing that if you need to make sure none of it gets on the shafts and if that would then mess up your clutch?

Cant wait for the snorkel video...

Correct. There was alot of stuff that was not filmed due to time and parts. I did not clean mine because the cover had to come back off the next day.
