Right now we're trying to finish about 6 plus miles of fence, cutting cross trails, mud pit pretty much finished (bigger than Mud Creeks) ,muddacross is started ,just needs deepening and width (looks like road course), a truck pit, drain systems mostly in to control water levels, neat looking gate coming, and some more stuff. Mud Nats preparation and event and torrential rains slowed things up but we're back on it. Made about 10 mile ride there Sat PM and (guess who) managed to stick the "short bus" in hardwood bottom still holding lots of water. Its coming along thanks for asking.

What about the road block you ran into with the rules of the county and the resistance of the public.  Have you found a away to work all of that out?

To the best of our knowledge we are legal in every repect. Have attempted to make adjoining owners understand we want to be good neighbors (though some still are not particularly happy on general idea that the park exists and is close to them) or at least demonstrate we are reasonable people who do not want to take advantage or create a public nuisance. We have gone to great lengths to see that riders can't accidently cross on someone elses property or that we are not encroaching (thus the new fence). No current controversy and local law enforcement knows we are trying to do right and comply with all laws and requirements.
