I have '04 Foreman 450s and i was thinking of maybe lifting itbu i am not shure it that would mess it up in an way.

even tho the added angles will over time wear your joints slightly quicker, your quad isnt gonna just gonna start breaking stuff left and right.  Id do it.

Lifts don't break ATVs.  It just gives you a bigger hammer to swing at the ATV if YOU want to break the ATV.  A factory two(ish) inch lift kit is not terribly hard on them.  The places you go and things you do with the ATV after the lift might get to it a little.  Mine's lifted.  No regrets.  No damage that I can't blame on operator failure.
