haha. well have to study so that might conflict a little bit. i have some oragel..it numbs it for a while but doesnt heal it

If you go to the doctor he'll give you a prescription for some stuff that's just maalox and liquid childrens benadryl mixed 50/50, it works in like 2 days and you can make it yourself over the counter and save a trip to the doctor. The maalox raises the pH in your mouth to kill he bacteria and the benadryl numbs it so it feels better while it's healing. swish with it 4x per day, just don't swallow it or the maalox will give you the squirts.

I used to have mouth ulcers frequently, its where the acidity in the body fluctuates. But if you get Milk of Magnesia and put it on the mouth ulcer it will act as an antiacid. I mean you could put salt and it will work but is painful. They also make several toothpastes that help prevent mouth ulcers.

a home remedy i use is Bayer aspirin, ground up and placed directly on the ulcer. search mouth ulcer remedies for another post made in the past on here for more remedies....

The powdered ALUM works. Find it in the spice section at any grocery store. It'll clear it up within 24 hours. And as stated before, it tasted like sh**.

Go to the spice section of the grocery store and buy some WHOLE CLOVES they are little brown stick looking things and taste like your chewing on a oak limb. But by the next morning the ulcer is gone! My dentist has told me this ever since I was a kid and it worked out great! Good luck

I got some of the little round tablets they advertise on tv that you put on the olser before you go to bed. they num the sore, and do somthin to it to make it go away. they work pretty good.

Agreed, numbs it plus it will knock it out in a day or so. Thats all I used when I had braces and got sores that turned to ulcers.
