Wheel spacers...  When it says pair does it mean 4 or 2 wheel spacers for $97 or whatever?

I was thinking of running these in addition to new rims.  30x10 and 30x12 on type 7 ITP rims.

Think I'd need the spacers or could I order the properly backspaced rims?

if you know your going to and want to run spacers it would be cheaper to just run SRA wheels, imo, like said above
But it all depends on how wide you want your bike to be (cause it will be fairly wide with SRA wheels but its not too bad) or whatever size spacer you want to run also. Aftermarket wheels have about an inch more offset out than stock, too.
Oh and you can get all 4 spacers on ebay for that price

How much wider are the SRA wheels?  And who makes the spacers on ebay?

Heres pics of mine with HL wheels and 1.5" spacers gives you an idea of how it would be with that

Yeah I like that.  Are those the standard wheels or SRA wheels?

Would those HL wheels have the same backspacing as a set of ITP wheels?
